Our Team Tom Cambridge Half Marathon runners have raised over £16,000 for Tom’s Trust by pounding the pavements and running through history to change the future for children with brain tumours.

The Cambridge Half Marathon event on Sunday 3 March saw 15,000 runners take part in the 13.1-mile route through the historic city. Tom’s Trust had a number of corporate partner teams taking part in the race, including Turners (Soham) Ltd., F45 Training Cambridge Station, Front Foot Creative, NovacytGoodwin, UHY, ANZ, Birketts, Cielo Costa, Metro Bank, Johnson Matthey, Hill Group, Tom’s Trunks and Cambridge Flat Roofing,  who is our vest sponsor.

Debs Mitchell, Co-Founder of Tom’s Trust, said: “We are blown away by all our runners at the Cambridge Half Marathon this year. Not only did they all do brilliantly on the day, and fundraised along the way, but they’ve also raised so much awareness for childhood brain tumours. We can’t thank them enough. The money will make a huge difference to the lives of so many families who are coping with a devastating brain tumour diagnosis.”

A big thank you to all of our wonderful runners and also to F45 Training in Cambridge who very kindly offered a series of free training sessions to Team Tom in the lead up to the big day.
