Tom’s Trust is delighted to have been chosen as the Charity of the Year for the Cambridge Business and Professional Club (CBPC), a partnership that was celebrated at the prestigious organisation’s annual luncheon on 6 December 2024 at Queen’s College, Cambridge.
Thanks to the generosity of CBPC members, an amazing £1,600 was raised at the event, which will go directly towards supporting children with brain tumours and their families.
The club welcomes over 140 members and has been a cornerstone of the local business community since 1950. Members include business leaders and professionals who meet for conversation and networking.
Tom’s Trust Community and Corporate Fundraising Manager, Jess Wilde said: “We are so grateful for the support of the Cambridge Business and Professional Club, and to have such an esteemed organisation backing Tom’s Trust.
“We believe that every child with a brain or CNS tumour should have access to the mental health support that they need, as well as their loved ones. With support from organisations like CBPC we will be able to continue our life-changing work.”
