Sworders Support Tom’s Trust at their 10th Anniversary Sale

We’re delighted to announce that Tom’s Trust are the chosen charity for the Sworders 10th Anniversary Sale.

Sworders has been one of the leading fine art and antiques auction houses in the United Kingdom since 1782. In 2008, the business expanded into its purpose-built auction rooms in Stansted Mountfitchet, opened by HRH Princess Michael of Kent.

This year, they celebrate 10 years in their award-winning premises and, to mark the occasion, they will host a prestigious 10th anniversary sale on Tuesday 19 June, profiling fine furniture, British and European paintings, silver, clocks and works of art. 

VIP Preview (by invitation) – Thursday 14th June @ 6.30pm

10th anniversary sale – Tuesday 19th June @ 10am 

Lars Tharp, one of the longest running ‘experts’ on the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow, will be attending the preview to carry out a series of gallery tours to showcase Sworders’ auction rooms.

If you’re an art lover and would like to join us at the 10 anniversary sale then please join us.

Attendees of the auction will be able to donate to Tom’s Trust and in addition Sworders will be donating £3 per sale of each catalogue.  We are aiming to raise enough on the evening to support three children and their families for one year, which costs £620 per family, therefore aiming to raise £1,860.
