We’re Hiring: Marketing & Audience Development Manager
Tom’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity dedicated to providing psychological support to children and young people with brain and central nervous system tumours and their families.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing & Audience Development Manager to join our team and help drive the next phase of our growth.
This newly evolved role will lead Tom’s Trust’s marketing strategy, focusing on audience growth, supporter engagement and fundraising performance. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Communications, the successful candidate will play a key role in increasing awareness of Tom’s Trust, growing our national profile and supporting income generation through impactful campaigns.
About the role
- Lead and deliver Tom’s Trust’s marketing and audience development strategy
- Grow awareness and engagement across key audiences
- Increase reach across digital channels including social media, email and website
- Support fundraising campaigns, appeals and challenge events
- Use audience insight and data to optimise performance
- Line manage the Digital Communications & Marketing Officer and PR & Engagement Officer
Role details
Hours: 0.6–0.8 FTE
Salary: £37,000–£39,000 FTE depending on experience
Location: Hybrid, with attendance at our Duxford office every other Tuesday. Applicants must be within reasonable travelling distance of South Cambridge.
