This week our largest corporate partner, Pozitive Energy, hosted a brand preview party at The Brewery, London, to communicate the company’s vision for the future and announced a £30,000 donation to Tom’s Trust. Pozitive is the UK’s sixth largest energy company and provides businesses with a family of products, including telecoms, financial services, electric vehicle charging, renewables, smart tech and utilities. Their holistic business solutions help SME owners and leaders achieve commercial goals and operational sustainability.

Corporate charity partner since 2022

Since Pozitive chose Tom’s Trust as their charity partner in November 2022, they have donated over £54,000 to our charity and have plans to continue raising funds to support children with brain tumours and their families. It is our mission to provide psychological support to children with brain tumours and their families in every area of the UK that needs us by 2030, and partnerships such as Pozitive’s are vital to our vision moving forward.

Supporting Tom’s Trust

Tom’s Trust were invited to join the celebrations at the party and space was left in the schedule for a video about Tom’s Trust to be played to the room of Pozitive’s clients and associates. The video included an interview with Debs Mitchell, Co-Founder of Tom’s Trust, and Tom’s mum, and one of our Young Ambassador’s – Riley, and his mum Gill. All three spoke about the work of Tom’s Trust, with Riley and Gill talking about how their Clinical Psychologist has helped them to navigate Riley’s brain tumour diagnosis.

Kirsty Keegan, Head of Fundraising & Marketing at Tom’s Trust said: “We are delighted to continue our partnership with Pozitive and very grateful to them for their generous donation. Tom’s Trust are broadening our remit across the country and it’s support like Pozitive’s that has helped to make that happen. Because of this, we will be able to help more children and their families across the country to battle the diagnosis of a brain tumour and ensure better outcomes with their mental health. Huge congratulations to Steve and the team for a wonderful event and we look forward to working with the team in the future.”
