Our Cambridge Half Marathon runners hope to fund a year of Tom’s Trust care for children in the East of England.

Thank you so much to each and every one of our runners who have signed up to take part in the half marathon, trained through the summer and put their energy into fundraising for Tom’s Trust children. Each year in the East of England, 40 children are diagnosed with a brain tumour. A year of Tom’s Trust care for a child and their family costs £1,000. ‘Run for a Year’ aims to raise £40,000 in order to support each child newly diagnosed and their family in the East of England this year.
Team Tom is being mentored by experienced long distance runners Ben Blowes (31 Stars: 31 Marathons in 31 Days) and Vicky Knight (Cambridge Half Marathon women’s winner 2020).
