Share your story
We share the stories of the families we support through press and media, marketing and social media. We are grateful to all the families who are willing to share their story in order for us to raise awareness of children with brain tumours, mental health and the work of Tom’s Trust. Personal stories help us engage readers across the UK and internationally around the cause and they help bring what we do to life to those who may want to find out more.
If you’d be interested in sharing your story in a magazine, newspaper, online or on the TV or radio, then please to do get in touch. By speaking to us you are under no obligation to go ahead with anything, but we’d be happy to tell you more and if you’d like to go ahead with some potential press coverage, we’ll keep you informed at every step of the way while working with journalists on your story. Our first priority is to ensure that our families are happy and comfortable during the process and the welfare of the children we support comes first. You may wish to keep your family’s story to Tom’s Trust channels such as our social media pages, newsletter or website – whatever you’re comfortable with we’d be happy to support.
If you’d like to find out more please email jessicah@tomstrust.org.uk or debs@tomstrust.org.uk and we’d be happy to give you some more information.
