Tom’s Trust Clinical Psychologists support hundreds of children, and thousands of families, within hospitals in the East, North-East and North-West, helping children from diagnosis, through their brutal treatment and as they return to life at home.
One of the mums we support said: “When my son was first diagnosed with his tumour, my fear of the unknown was so great. I was so worried that I didn’t understand anything about brain tumours, even with a medical team standing in front of me. Once I had Tom’s Trust’s support, I knew I had found something really special. Our Clinical Psychologist saved us in so many ways.”
Our goal for Tom’s Trust
Our vision is a world where every child with a brain tumour has the mental health support they need, as well as their loved ones. We are challenging the way people prioritise mental health with a brain tumour diagnosis and if we didn’t exist our families would not have this support. It is our mission to reach children with brain tumours and their families in every area of the UK by 2030. With your help we will get there. Support us today.

How you can help Tom’s Trust today
1.Go Grey in May and help us get to our target of raising £3,335 this month. This money will fund a clinical psychologist to support one child and their family for a whole year. You could encourage your school or workplace to dress in Grey, hold a Tea for Tom (with Earl Grey), or share our social media posts through the month. Find out more and download your fundraising materials.
2.Include a gift to Tom’s Trust in your Will. We are so grateful to everyone who chooses to include a gift to Tom’s Trust in their Will. If you choose to do so, you will be helping children and families across the UK, giving them comfort and support in a time of worry and uncertainty. Visit our Gifts in Wills webpage.
3.Connect, like, share. We are on all major social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Connect with us if you haven’t already. Share our posts and help us to raise awareness of childhood brain tumours.
